Justine Oswiecimski
executive functioning coach
I hold a Master’s in Psychology from The New School for Social Research, where I had the opportunity to learn the foundations of the mind and how people navigate their unique experiences. I also completed a clinical internship supporting clients one on one. Through this work, I learned the importance of building authentic rapport and collaborating with people to identify meaningful goals for growth. I bring these same principles to my role as an executive functioning coach, using motivational interviewing and evidence-based strategies to help clients develop organization, focus, and self-management skills.
In addition to my background in counseling, I currently work as a tutor for elementary school kids, and have previous experience doing SAT and GED tutoring. I’m passionate about teaching students how to think rather than what to think, and fostering independence, confidence, and curiosity.
I’ve always been steeped in the arts, which fueled my move from my Chicago arts high school to New York City. My dance training, coupled with my psychology studies, generated a strong interest in the mind-body connection. I’m also interested in overall health and wellness, which informs my holistic coaching approach. I support individuals in building study skills and practical life skills that align with their ambitions and promote balance in their daily lives.
