Oormi Sivapatham

executive functioning coach

I have been an Executive Functioning Coach at Heights Psychology Collective since 2022, working with children, adolescents, and adults to strengthen skills such as organization, time management, planning, task initiation, and self-regulation. I take a collaborative and individualized approach to coaching, helping clients better understand their own executive functioning strengths and challenges while developing strategies that feel realistic and manageable in their everyday lives. I especially enjoy helping clients break larger or overwhelming goals into smaller steps, build independence, and find strategies that work for them.

I am currently a fourth-year doctoral student in the School-Clinical Psychology PsyD program at Roberts Wesleyan University. My clinical training has included working with children and families across medical, outpatient, and school settings, with particular interests in autism, pediatric feeding, and early childhood assessment and intervention. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Francis College, where I was a member of the Honors Program and played Division I soccer for four years. In the future, I hope to continue working with children and families while integrating assessment, intervention, and collaboration with schools into my clinical work.
